If you receive any errors when attempting to connect to MyLAB, such as “You cannot login at this time, please close your browser to protect your account,” please try the below steps:
- Please close your browser (quit the program if on Mac) and try logging in to MyLAB.
- If the issue persists, please clear your browser cache and try again.

- If you are using Google Chrome, you will need to check all boxes under the Advanced tab and set the Time range to “All time”)
